I have been working at ISS full-time

    Pros

They have a fantastic coffee machine. Oh and they bring food A LOT. That’s pretty much the only pros I can think of.

    Cons

This is probably one of the worst companies I have ever stumbled upon. Their entire operation is pure chaos, no training (they tried but failed miserably). Their systems, resources, structure and processes are an absolute joke. There is no meaning to the work. It’s also a very toxic environment with extremely weak management. The leader is wildly out of control with tyrannical micromanagement, and has no clear vision...

    Advice to Management

Don’t hire overqualified individuals and then treat them like preschoolers. You complain that your performers are weak, but you treat high performers like they’re useless and nitpick everything. You don’t allow anyone to contribute or have any real value to the company so you will fail. Just shut down
