    I have been working at ISS Solutions full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Benefits are instant upon hire
    -Tuition reimbursement
    -Certification reimbursement
    -Relaxed dress code
    -Good for an entry job into IT
    -Depends on the position, but hours are fairly flexible.

    Cons

    -Pay is well below average for IT Help Desk
    -High turnover due to low pay
    -Small problems tend to become a bigger issue than they really are
    -Inexperience can also be a problem as the turnover is high causing people to leave once they acquire experience

    Advice to Management

    Increase pay to reduce turnover rate which will also help with inexperience.

    No Pros. Just Horrible place to work

    Cons

    Everything Including Low Pay, Horrible Managers and Management. No chances for advancement

    Get Decent manager that respect your work & don't stutter

    Pros

    Benefits include Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
    Casual Dress code

    Cons

    Low paid causes High Turnover
    Paid is not competitive at all
    All procedures are not permanent every day, may differ and change based on whoever is the supervisor on duty
    no advancement opportunities
    Not enough Training provided, request for more training were advised to Google and Self Teach, even proprietary technologies

    Advice to Management

    Please paid your employees an actual competitive rate according to the market.
    Actually provide training to your employees instead of telling them to Google everything.

    Pros

    Important parts of the culture at ISS seem very well put together. Sitting on one of the help desks, the immediate management is friendly, considerate, and happy to help you learn your job.

    Cons

    The pay is on the lower end of helpdesk support period, and there isn't a great future on ISS' helpdesks. The benefits are generous, being owned by a health care system, but the low pay scale shows in the turnover the place experiences. The annual raise is 'standard', but pathetic in view of the pathetic pay.

    Advice to Management

    Up the pay, retain employees, really reward experience and competence.

    Pros

    Great co-workers and management. Health benefits are ok. 401 match and quarterly bonus. This is a good job to get some experience or as a second job.

    Cons

    Opportunities for advancement are very limited here. Pay is below national average for the level of support given. High turnover. Cost of health benefits increase each year by 5-10%, however pay increases average 2%.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees what they are worth. You will save money in the long run from hiring, background checks, training, etc due to the high turnover.

    Business growth expectations are unrealistic. Double digit profits in this environment are unrealistic.

    Look at the big picture and compare other profit centers to market.

    Pros

    Great place to start out in the tech would. There's so much to learn about different printers from setting them up to troubleshooting printers. Provided all benefits,health , vision, dental, etc. Everyone was pretty nice and helpful.

    Cons

    Pay wasn't that great when i started back in 2012

    Pros

    Worked in the Danville office. Upper management is great. Good relationship with Geisinger as well.

    Cons

    None that I can think of.

    Keep it up.
