I worked at IT Coalition full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The things I liked best while working here are:
-The new offices in Culver City are really nice
-They provide free lunch on Fridays
-Professional team members who know what they are doing
    -Decent pay
    -Creative environment

I loved the people I worked with and the culture. It's a fun start up culture that listens to people, but is big enough to have lots of help if you need it.

    Cons

I thought turnover here was on the high side for a digital agency. There is too much change in the way the company is run on a month to month basis. I agreed with a lot of the changes, but it is still hard to get settled into a routine with everything in constant upheaval.

    Advice to Management

Ensure cross-functional coordination and representation for all team's, especially the design team. SEO gets more attention than design does and design sometimes suffers because of that.
