Pros
ITC is a place where initiative and teamwork will take you as far as you want to go. There is room for growth, evolution, and the ability to be a part of change. A person can learn so much if they choose to here.
Flexibility
Wealth of Information
Cons
I wouldn't say a con, but room for improvement when it comes to managers pushing their teams to grow and excel. Managers shouldn't always be friends.
Advice to Management
Push your employees and managers to excellence. Demanding 100% is not a bad thing.
I worked at IT Convergence (Less than a year)
Pros
Its a job at least
Cons
Crazy hours are a requirement

I worked at IT Convergence full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
A few remaining good customers and good managers in the Support and LATAM team. Flexible work from home policy.
Cons
Company is in desperate race to sell before their revenue completely dries up. Fired CFO from three years ago was recently re-hired after 2 prior CFO's quit as a result of working with current CEO.
Employees haven't had raises in three years.
Variable pay for non-sales has been eliminated for past couple years.
Management and Sales are clueless how to sell or implement Oracle SaaS, leaving the company irrelevant as competitors thrive
India office sits half empty, and US offices ; Reno, Chicago and Dallas, are vacant on most days due to attrition.
One time thriving Brazil and Asia Pacific Oracle business areas have evaporated
Advice to Management
Sell the company quickly and spare the staff any further pain.
I worked at IT Convergence full-time (More than 5 years)

Great culture, almost everyone is pleasant to work with
Cons
Honestly not that many cons come to mind.
Advice to Management
Give appreciation to the employees who have been with the company long time

I worked at IT Convergence full-time (More than 8 years)
Pros
Very relaxed environment. Great people to work with.
Cons
Doesn't value employee as they should be. No employee improvement program. Speaking of which, to improve employee productivity according to the company, i heard they installed a monitoring tool to each employee's workstations which monitors how often the employee was idle. It also track what websites, applications, etc. the employee visited and uses.
Advice to Management
If installing a "big brother" software is the best the company can do to improve employee's productivity and satisfaction, I have no advice for them.
I have been working at IT Convergence full-time (More than 10 years)
Pros
Great team to work with.
Very talented people.
In support the day to day is challenging and there are always opportunities to learn.
WFH is allowed which is great.
Company vision and future is promising.
Cons
In support branch some salaries are below market.
Advice to Management
Bring up to salary market the good people to retain talent, as it is not easy to find replacements to give the same results.

I worked at IT Convergence full-time
Pros
The people. You will work with the most talented peers you could hope for. A sense of being on the Titanic will only strengthen your bond as you hold on to each other in fear of what is happening.
Cons
Leadership. Leadership. Leadership. It is just awful. The new owner has no idea what he is doing and does not view people as people, just sees the dollar amount attached to your head. If he can replace you for someone cheaper, he will. Variable pay is a joke and is changed mid-stream. No one is safe, everyone is up for replacement. You get one story one day and another the next. And lied to, often. Unless you really need a job, skip over this place and land somewhere else. The company will go under due to mismanagement and horrible leadership.
Advice to Management
Invest in employees or sell.
I worked at IT Convergence full-time (More than 3 years)
