    Pros

Opportunity to learn, grow and learn.

    Cons

HQ is disconnected from front lines. They are only in town when the "thing" hits the fan. I was never asked what I thought the problem was. There is no team effort per say. They hire with promise of rotating to other gigs but only the "favorites" get this opportunity.

    Advice to Management

    Keep trying!

    Pros

You get as far as you take yourself. If you have an entrepreneurial sprit and an interest in Oracle technology this is the place for you.

    Cons

I didn't find the technology very interesting to learn about. If you're in sales you will have to cold call more than you've ever cold called in your life.

    Advice to Management

Leadership was motivated and there were definitely some smart people working in management. The chief level officers were rarely in the office because the main office was based out of Wisco.

    Pros

Good opportunities to advance your career. Good benefits and salary was OK. The company expanded rapidly and management is open to receive suggestions.

    Cons

Growing opportunities won’t come to you, you have to design your career path but they are open to help you achieve your professional goals.

I have been working at IT Convergence full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

If you are a junior employee or a recent graduate, ITC is a great company to start your career and get some experience under your belt. You will be required to familiarize yourself with Oracle technology very quickly and, yes, they will want you billable as soon as possible, with little or no training from their side. But if you are really technology savvy and have a thick skin to make mistakes in front of clients for your first couple of assignments you'll be able to quickly gain experience and be exposed to opportunities you wouldn't have with another employer.

    Cons

If you are a senior professional, I'm not sure this is a good company to work for. Salaries are usually static, and you'll be responsible for hiring people on a minimum budget, leaving you with a mostly junior or underskilled team. And yes, you'll be held accountable for their mistakes due to inexperience. Infrastructure is not the best either. Most managers (middle and senior) are stressed out and overworked. Forget about any life-work balance here. You'll be expected to work very long hours. You may be better off developing a manager career somewhere else.

Disclaimer: I only worked with ITC USA subsidiaries. This review applies only to this region.

    Advice to Management

Invest in infrastructure and develop a career path for your current employees. Improve internal communication! Your top 3 executives in the Sales and Support areas left the company overnight and everyone is really nervous about all these changes. That clearly signals a very serious management and culture problem.
