I worked at IT Strategists full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

you get to wear multiple hats due to the size of the company. There are some opportunities to work directly with the clients

    Cons

Few challenging projects and not a lot of variety. The company has a high employee turnover and is not able to grow. It's a still a small family business and there is no employee development program.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employee and office space. Benefits are below market average

    Pros

Decent .NET projects could be given.

    Cons

The scheduling and management styles are still those of venture companies, and at times very unreasonable.

    Advice to Management

Giving a closer attention to the employees, and more respect for their work and effort, as well as showing more intentions to improve the working environment should help the overall quality of the company.
