Still an up and coming area of the financial world so this company doesnt fully compete with larger investment banks like Morgan Stanley or JP Morgan however in the next few years they will continue to grow and expand client base.

I have been working at ITG full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Positive work atmosphere with smart, collegial people. Compared to large investment banks ITG is a much more pleasant environment, with hands-on teams who are generally supportive. Much lower level of office politics.

    Cons

Still working through fallout from the 2015 SEC settlement, which bruised morale.

    Advice to Management

Stay focused on the core businesses and clients will reward you for it.

I have been working at ITG full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

excellent learning opportunity. It's a great place to learn and expand the wall street knowledge. it's also an amazing place to volunteer and help the community. it's hard to find a work place that makes Giving Back part of the work culture.

    Cons

Like every company there are cons but i find the good out-weights the bad. I don't think i'll be here if that wasn't the case.

    Advice to Management

continue the communication and transparency across the team but also recognize, reward and retain good talent. There has been a lot of changes within the company and getting lost in translation can be easy. It's management responsibility to make sure these hard working individuals are rewarded recognized and retained within our company. it is because of them that we are moving towards more solid ground - Let's not forget that !
