    I worked at ITHAKA

    Pros

Excellent health, dental and vision benefits. They pay their interns and occasionally those interns are promoted to full-time positions. They offer tuition reimbursement. The office space in New York is clean and kept well. Good work/life balance.

    Cons

Before accepting an offer, make sure to discuss with your hiring manager a timeline for your development, and hold them accountable to that timeline. My experience: entry/associate-level employees within some departments were fast-tracked into managerial positions, while employees within other departments appeared to stagnate.

    Advice to Management

Determine a feasible timeline for your employee's development within the department and set clear goals to achieve these milestones. Otherwise, be upfront about development within your department with new hires.
