    Pros

    The IT department was well lead and well run, with good communications. The overall mission of the organization was a worthy one.

    Cons

    The shadow from the Department of ED and other regulatory agencies investigations, which ultimately ended with the company declaring bankruptcy added a great deal of stress to the environment, and limited what the IT department could accomplish.

    Pros

    Learning experience. Learned internet advertising. Was a good team to work with. Fast paced environment. Corporate environment experience was helpful.

    It was hard to find new affiliates to promote the brand

    2. Got access to all learning sites to improve my technical skills

    Was terrible, started implementing some upper level management changes and got marginally better.

    Cons

    Still a LONG way to go to get rid of the dysfunction there.

    Most of the employees are very easy to work with and support each other to meet the company goals.

    Cons

    The workload is very heavy in all departments, and resources are not allocated efficiently.

    Advice to Management

    Spend those limited dollars more wisely to help reduce the workload for overburdened employees.

    Company communication
    Friendly people
    teaching company policies
    They love promoting from within you just have to be willing to move to a new campus
    Lots of different campuses throughout US.

    Cons

    HOURS Hours Hours.. shifts start 9-6, 10-7 11-8 and 12-9 Talk about not having a life!
    Sales Sales Sales-Always trying to sell the school no matter what position
    jobs rely on the sales so always worried about lay offs
    Majority of students don't even start school they never show up so all that hard work you do for them is for nothing
    huge divided between different departments.
    Majority of promotions are only through corporate

    Advice to Management

    Allow and 8-5 day so someone can have a normal life
    really show how much you appreciate your workers they are the ones selling the school
    keep the communication going any changes be sure to tell it.
