    Moving up appears to be based on tenure rather than skills which is a challenge for those seeking career advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Challenge the status quo. While long term employees are great assets they often do not drive change or "think outside the box".

    Working out in the weather can be tuff at times. To many works hours also.

    I worked there for 3 years, and left on good terms, great people to work with in the finance realm

    Cons

    There were some very long hours, they could really get to you, but the management was always nice and ordered food.
