    Pros

    Ability to make a difference working for the US military and gain valuable knowledge about some of the largest technologucal networks on the planet. Looks great on a resume and adds an interesting converssation starter to any party. Tax free does allow you take home pay to be much larger then standard US jobs. Significant vacation policy.

    Cons

    Poor team cohesion due to constant staff turnover. Lower paying than comparative jobs by other employers in theatre. Due to the number of hires the general appititude is lower per person then working at one of the premier defense contractors.

    Advice to Management

    Provide a framework that can easily be transferred from site to site to create standardization across all sites. Provide a higher salary so that turnover is lower. Do more in depth interviews to weed out less qualified candidates.

    Pros

    Flexible scheduling
    Plenty paid of time off (Vacation/ Holiday pay)
    Good pay
    Tuition /testing reimbursement
    opportunity to visit different places

    Cons

    Middle management does not care about employee, only what effects them
    upper management turns a blind eye to what's going on
    positions are not awarded by knowledge, or merit, but by who you know
    creating a nothing cycle of untrained, uncaring leadership as they move up the ranks

    Advice to Management

    My advice?
    Remove toxic leaders, examine why employees, in a location, like they do
    Pay attention to things,
    example why a number of employees are quitting, getting fired, or requesting transfers, from locations,

    Good pay, plenty of Vaction time, flexability, and easy work

    Cons

    managment not good at all they need more skills talking to there employees, they dont care about there employees, they always seems to take away some type of money if you dont finish your contract, they move people who shouldnt move up to quick and make them drink the koolaid like the upper managment

    Open your eyes and ears and speak to employess and take care of them!!!

    Management rudeness and disrespect, rampant environment of racism, sexism, homophobia, and Just outright hostility.

    Offered and ignored, but stop threatening people's jobs, stop scaring employees.

    They provide a good environment for developing working relationships with the various groups within the organization. Ability to mingle with different levels of management.

    Cons

    The qualifications of the employees are either underqualified or overqualified. There are no set processes defined which compromises the quality of the products

    Hire some qualified employees to make the organization a professional and competitve environment to work in. This will make an employee less inclined to leave
