    Pros

    Pros

Ability to learn different things in one role. You are sometimes tasked with doing things outside the scope of your job

    Cons

Stability is shaky. The company doesn’t let employees know of changes and the rumor mill begins to churn and it makes people nervous.

    Advice to Management

Don’t surprise employees with company changes that will effect their job.

I worked at ITT Technical Institute full-time

    Pros

Working with current students and staff

    Cons

Hours were all over the place, some people had a hard time working the minimum of 40 hours per week. Benefit packages were becoming more costly to employees. Many employees and students were left out in the cold when the doors closed, no degree, no job, no livelihood, hopes and dreams shattered. Some employees are still waiting after a year to even be able to withdrawal or rollover their own 401k's.

    Advice to Management

Should have reduced tuition to a more competitive rate instead of taking every dime you could from each student that walked in the door. Many are still left holding the debt that in today's economy is hard to repay with current wages in the area.
