I have been working at ITV as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of communication with teams. Higher management is very approachable and resourceful. Teams help each other. No question is a stupid question.

    Cons

No cons as of yet. Too soon to say. End of year will be busy as delivery goals are ambitious but that's to be expected with the holidays.

I worked at ITV full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Awesome people work at this company. I was an employee for three years at the Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles Office and absolutely loved my job. They pay well/comparably to other places in the tv industry, and they have fun perks at the office.

    Cons

It's a high-stress job that only a certain kind of people can handle. You've got to fight to get heard sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Get the UK office to streamline their processes more. Certain things seem to take forever, just because of red-tape or the UK office taking forever to complete steps.
