Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Iberdrola full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Good Pay and unlimited OT
Cons
Watch so many people come through and suck up to the boss and get better raises and bonuses which were not based off there knowledge or work ethic. Come in late every day and still get the best bonus and raise. Gossip with the Boss get the best bonus.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Iberdrola full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Salary and benefits decent for area
Cons
Everything else. Unprofessional management who expect availability at all hours of the day night and weekends yet if you need support, it's over in Spain and yes they have gone home for the day. No regard of accounting standards just get it booked and we will fix it later. I am happy to have moved on.

Doesn't RecommendI worked at Iberdrola full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
You can learn a lot in a specialized industry.
Cons
Management is being pushed to give in to Spain's unrealistic demands, and I couldn't find anyone willing to stand up to them. Very poorly run, no value for industry knowledge.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at Iberdrola for more than 3 years
Pros
Pay for area and free benefits
Cons
You have to suck up to get any kind of recognition. The bonus and raises are given to the biggest suck ups not the hardest workers. Run like a union even though it's not.

Pros
Excellent working environment for every employee, payments at time and all other contractual terms respected by the company. The head office always replies on time.
Cons
Coordinating information with all departments needs to be a little bit more on time, not to be checked always by the head of each project.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI have been working at Iberdrola full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Global company, good pay, multicultural environment. Exciting new projects, good learning opportunities.
Cons
Lack of trust, motivation and the performance evaluation scheme is fixed where even if your team are all high achievers, 25% must have low-performance ratings. Long hours.
