I have been working at Iberia full-time

    Pros

Flight tickets (standby) & 2 tickets with seats per year. Not bad salary comparing with PYME or subcontract company. But average salary for a multinational company.

    Cons

Awful managment. No experience in other companies. Long hours. The company is against any work-life balance. New slavery form. Disrespectful treatment. No human resources. HR Directors have changed 5 in less than 2 years. No development plan. Awful work environment.

    Advice to Management

Finally, it is not compensated the salary or flight tickets. Those who are workholics, this is your company. For the rest with other values, try to avoid it.

    Pros

Great internal team, based in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro Customer-oriented Everyone is very dedicated to offering the best to clients Sales team is very supportive of each other, specially as a new hire

    Cons

The HQ orientations are confusing and many times counter-productive, making sales executives write long and confusing reports while telling them they should be visiting clients.

    Advice to Management

The HQ need to be better aligned with their operations and sales offices.
