I worked at Icbc International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Colleagues are nice. Job is not tough and kind of leisure. Working hours are flexible and it is easy to apply leaves

    Cons

In ICBC Canada, salary’s gap is huge. People sent from H.O. have more than $200,000/annual salary, but local workers only earn less than $30,000/annual. Management only like people who is good at flattering.
