      Positive Outlook

I have been working at Icbc International full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Great opportunity for personal growth. The supervisors are friendly and willing to teach you. The mother company is from China and there for many mainland colleagues. The compensation package is fine.

      Cons

The salary is a bit low compared to the market. Turnover is high in some dept. And one of the problems derived is OT.

      Advice to Management

A company aiming at growth should find ways to retain people. And as a local bank, we should localize ourselves.
