    Pros

Travel Benefits and its evening shifts. You can work after your full time job.

    Cons

The one manager who was there helping with everything left. She would answer her phone on her days off and at whatever time of the day you needed help. After she left the entire office fell apart. The supervisors all have their little clicks. If you're not in their click you'll work shifts/tasks that others do not like to work. The supervisors have little to no experience. They freakout and have a breakdown when major things happened. The supervisors all sit in the office gossiping about the staff while the part timers are actually doing all the work. It's great for a summer job. But it's a joke with the professionalism.

    Nordic Flights

Feb 23, 2021 - Flight Attendant in Reykjavík

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Discounted flights, nice layover locations at central hotels in the USA. Only about 7-8 flights per month to Europe/USA from Iceland base. Salary is fare as you don't need more than a high school diploma to qualify but at the same time the company is more likely to hire somebody with higher education anyway.

    Cons

Fly both Europe and USA in the same week which is hard on the body. Company heads are using the Covid pandemic to their advantage to implement indefinite pay cuts.
