I worked at Iconix Brand Group as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly employees, great work culture, learned a lot, everyone was always willing to help each other out, work/life balance was a huge plus for me!

    Cons

Communication between departments and/or floors was sometimes off. Each department consisted of only a few employees so it is difficult (but not impossible) to get promoted from within.
