    Pros

Pay on time, Good health insurance.

    Cons

Not too much to get to enhance career, they will market what you have as skill, nothing they try to build on your profile, like other stuffing companies.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes the HR people ignore to response even you make 100 call to them- that need to take professionally. Add more training to consultants. Try to retain consultants with adding more perks and training thus will help grow big if you wish to be. Have on shore people Manage consultant issue , don't let offshore stuff handle every issue- that frustrate the reliability.
