I worked at Ideaca Knowledge Services

      Pros

Ideaca was the best place I have ever worked with, it cared about clients and employees, but things changed after it was bought by another company...

      Cons

There is still space for management to improve.

      Doesn't Recommend
      Negative Outlook

I worked at Ideaca Knowledge Services full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Great work atmosphere and great people to work with if you are a junior and want to get into the ERP industry. Given that Ideaca is a consulting firm, juniors are at an advantage of getting to know how things work at different clients. Opportunity to learn a lot and networking is awesome

      Cons

The company promises big career advancements but they fail to deliver once you gain some experience. For a new graduate, this is not a place to spend anymore than 2+ years if they themselves have solid career goals to achieve.

      Advice to Management

Try being on the ball with people within specific practice. They are the ones that are in the frontline and see the actual work. DO NOT promise something that you cannot deliver on. It just sets a bad taste. Improve your salary levels to match the industry. It's unfair to show partiality towards your "favorites".
