Ideal Home Health is a great place to start your home care career. Its a fairly new company, and laid back environment

You get to learn a lot because the company is new, so a lot of mistakes are made.
Cons
No privacy, Profanities, The entire office works off of emotion and is not very professional. There is a lot of passive aggressiveness and favoritism

Cons
They're unorganized, probably because they're in the middle of revamping the business. Not everyone is on the same page so questions go unanswered or answered incorrectly. Was not upfront about policy. Hard to get the billing department on the phone.
