    Pros

Sales team was helpful and main office employees are friendly.

    Cons

You are just a number. If you don't cold call and try to get customers to sign contracts (some that couldn't even afford or get approved) then you are dispensable. Select management will constantly critique work ethic and micro manage.

There is no leeway, unless you're one of management's favorites.
