    Great atmosphere, Free treatments if you work there. Comfy work attire.

    No Bonus Structure anymore, No advancement unless wanting to become a sales consultant

    Ideal Image still provides monthly bonus opportunities for all our center associates; however, we did change the monthly bonus structure recently to reward excellent customer service instead of revenue attainment. We feel if you provide your customers with an excellent customer experience than everyone wins.

    The clients were amazing and fun.

    If you want to go back to high school work here. When I first started I absolutely loved the job it was amazing but shortly after I realized why turn over was so high. It’s because management was terrible. Girls who worked there would bully other employees to do their jobs and then run to higher ups and complain that we were being difficult if we questioned why we are doing someone else’s job. And wait.... management wouldn’t even care to hear your side of the story they would just take the word of the “lead”. If you wanted to reach out to management and tell them that others were being down right mean, making fun of you, poking fun, treating you like you were their personal assistant you would be told that you were just “too emotional” and to “stop caring so much”. Leaving this company after a year and a half was the best decision I made. You should never work some where if you are bringing the stress home with you. I would absolutely dread going to work the next day. And forget about being appreciated. I was a part time employee working full time hours. I picked up any shift at any center when ever someone needed it, but never once did I feel appreciated. It started to feel like I had to say yes to picking up shifts that weren’t covered because if I said no it was like I was getting in trouble or I was looked down upon. And I have seen a lot of reviews on here that are really great, and I can 100% agree that I was given an incentive to write great reviews on here, and google. It’s awful. The company just doesn’t care about its employees. They care only about their “image” which changes a lot.

    Pros

    If you are fortunate enough to work with an awesome set of ladies as I was good for you. Some other locations weren't as lucky. You get bonuses IF you hit your monthly goal which includes both treatment goal and budget. You also get benefit of free drinks such as coffee/tea/water/soda. No micromanaging: which could be bad or good depending g on preference.

    Cons

    Management definitely needs a lot of work particularly in my region. There is no "middle man" so to speak so if there is drama (and there will be) there is no one to intervene besides the regional who can have anywhere from 4-7 stores to look over. Management was never around, at most we got a visit 1-2 a month. Pay is horrible for the position. Most under appreciated and overworked besides the consultant who never has off unless they have a back up sales which is rare. Hours are long and ware on you. No work life balance. And some of your coworkers will have that "every man for themselves" mentality. No real room for growth

    Pros

    Co workers are great, commission structure is a littler better then when I first started.

    Cons

    work long hours, expected to always hit goals that sometimes are not achievable. Only one free service per year, company sometimes has no morals when it comes to personal time off and saying no to working overtime.

    Pros

    Did like parts of the corporate structure and was able to help change people's lives for the better.

    Cons

    The pay was extremely unstable. Started as a GSC and then a Junior Consultant. Couldn't live off of what I was making.

    You get some free treatments.

    Cons

    They treat their employees terribly Low pay No real room for advancement (they will lie to you) You are VERY disposable You are encouraged to lie to guests They will do nothing about a hostile work environment You regional manager does not care about you
