    Very focused offerings
    Steady Growth

    Cons

Though hate to call to say it is a negative, purposely, we have remained small, so that both the customer service is great and be transparent with the Employees

I worked at Ideaon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get to work on different technology and different clientele. That's a great boost for the individual's profile. Their offering into Staffing, eLearning & IT Projects are so diversied yet focused!!

    Cons

They have consciously remained small though it doesn't hurt the employee as the growth continues to be good considering the clientele they work with. However it would be nice, if they become a Billion Dollar plus company for many prospective employees to enjoy their open policies....

    Advice to Management

Hope you continue to be humble and accessible irrespective of the size...

    Pros

    Contacts. contacts. contacts.
They got me 3 interviews in a week. Which I think is above-par for a consulting firm.(But that was the only week I got 3!) Clearly laid out pay rules, do not have to follow up. smooth functioning. Salary is on par with what I was getting. They are not into nickel & diming. so am happy.

    Cons

When you are at a client site on behalf of your employer - I guess one is involved heavily in the client operations and work. Though the company is cued onto my work etc, and they keep in touch with me, they do not offer me other earning opportunities - part-time/project based work .

    Advice to Management

I think greater focus on certain skillsets will build better competency. My client did not know of Ideaon until I joined here and now want people like me. I want to clone myself.
