    Pros

The idea of acquiring various companies to put together a great service/product offering.

    Cons

The CEO thought that the company was more important than the employees (actually told us all that at our sales conference). Company could not pay its bills to vendors, and played games with this. There was no clear strategies of integrating the various units they acquired.

    Advice to Management

Fire your CEO. Get your act together. Come up with a meaningful integration strategy to make sure all divisions work well together instead of causing them to infight.

    Pros

Idhasoft is an acquisition company. Everyone knows that mergers and acquisitions present challenges and learning how to effectively merge is tough. Things are finally settling down and the elements of management that seemed to fight more than solve have moved on.
There is a lot of work and many opportunities for advancement.
Compensation seems to now be focused on achievement.
This is not a place for people who are not ready to roll up sleeves and work hard... but it now is a place that seems to recognize that extra effort. It still feels like a small company even with the ever growing size.

    Cons

Back-office issues had been a problem but seem to be clearing up.
Benefits are costing the employees more each year but that also seems to be happening everywhere.
Communication can get sidetracked because of the latest urgent issue.

    Advice to Management

The business units seemed to have achieved a level of focus. Additional work is still required to find a cohesive messaging across all the business units and help sales team to adequately present all the products and services.
