I worked at Iksula full-time for more than a year

    Pros

None. Except perhaps location for people staying on Ghatkopar-Andheri stretch, the office is very close to Marol Naka metro station.

    Cons

Where to begin, every aspect of the company seems like a illusion created to give you sense of grandeur. Be it HR policies, Office infrastructure, Performance appraisals, development work, any office policy, all are below industry standard. The moment you try to question any of the above things, you will find that all above is on paper. The key thing here is budget. They will...

    Advice to Management

    - Seriously look at how the industry functions and what the industry standards are in terms of policies, infrastructure, office etiquettes. - If you are serious about growth, you must also know that to sustain that growth you need good people and good office culture. Both cannot happen until you keep you employees happy. Citing "Growing Company" as a excuse needs to stop.

Dear ex- employee, We're extremely disheartened to hear your concerns. Not because you voiced them, but because they weren't voiced out while you were still here. Since we're into business, and like any other business, we also have had our share of rough patches. That doesn't ...

I worked at Iksula full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Umm Good looking girls if that's what someone is interested.

    Cons

They will hire freshers as Developers/testers/Analyst for 3.3 L then they will hire Ecommerce executives for 1.2 L. They will have different policies, different treatment for different grades. Worst HR policies. House keeping guys willl ask for credit No proper pantry or rest rooms

    Advice to Management

Get talented people for the job rather recruiting based on looks. HR team thinks they are celebraties not employees.

Dear Ex-Iksulaite. It is a well known fact that different skill sets require different amount of training. We're sure you wouldn't expect a company to hire an engineer and a 12th pass to do the same tasks and wouldn't pay them the same salary. Similarly, even though an Ecomm Exec ...

I have been working at Iksula full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice and friendly people even at senior level Small company of over 200 odd employees so more of an informal environment Good employees engagement activities.

    Cons

Some strict HR policies like timings etc. For eg. office timings are 10am-7pm, if you leave before 6pm, then it is half day Often the work load is too high, people are known to work late into the night, sometimes till early morning the next day. May be due to lack of staff. Salary is paid on 12th of the next month.
