I have been working at Illinois Central College part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good students. A good place to teach and interact.

    Cons

I've been offered classes months in advance, only to get bumped or have my assignment yanked at the last minute, without notice. This is "not the way it goes," but a result of bad management and poor communication.
