    Pros

    Great people work in the top level positions who listen to the employees. Salary is competitive, and there is room for advancement.

    Cons

    The area is truly a college town and the area is not diverse. The same applies to the employees of the university.

    Advice to Management

    Need to do a better job of recruiting and retaining diverse faculty members.
