The level of expertise, experience and teamwork was by far the best I've experienced over more than a decade and 5 different biotech companies and in general very dedicated work force. The cutting edge technology and wow-factor for the products are impressive.
Cons
The complete dominance on the market has allowed for a sense of invincibility and arrogance. Introduction of complicated administrative products and tasks dampens the joy of the actual work.

NGS technology is cutting edge and 80% market share Starting to implement nice employee programs, but still very US centric
Cons
Talk about international opportunities but woeful relocation help or benefits Struggling to become a clinical company because mindset is still RUO in many areas Business processes and systems are very inefficient and restrictive

Pros
Exciting products. Very cutting edge technology. Growth of the company within the last few years.
Cons
Lack of infrastructure. Middle management is the poorest I've ever worked with. The organization is top heavy. Feels like organizations and managers assigned are just to experiment. Horrible prospects for advancing and no growth opportunities within many groups. Expect employees to work until they burnout.
