I worked at Image Quest part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits and training. Get to work in Downtown Disney. Super easy. Great team and management.

    Cons

The shifts can be super slow and dull. Felt like a waste of time. Lots of regulations and codes to follow from three companies.

I worked at Image Quest full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The work isn't hard , some of the people are "genuinely" nice. Pay isn't bad for what you do.

    Cons

Lacking diversity, some people act like they are better than some. Sales out weighs any other department. A minority in Wichita Ks who is ALL COMPANY only makes13.00 per hour after being there for almost 2yrs yet they smile in his face. That's poor.

    Advice to Management

Be fair to the gentleman whom I am speaking of. Also It's ok to say "good morning" or "hello". Cut down on your meetings or at least make them effective. Communicate better.

Be results oriented instead of focusing so much on the means to the end
