I worked at Imageworks full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Interesting projects, good people, had a decent pipeline for the time.

    Cons

Some projects were not so great. Studio heads did not really know how to utilize the talent at the studio.

I worked at Imageworks full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Amazingly brilliant and talented people with whom to work. Intense pipeline to deal with several different types of films and animations.

    Cons

Executives lack any artistic insight. Execs use their monetary power to change scripts or artistic direction on world famous high quality directors, cheapening and making humorless and narcissistic decisions.

    Advice to Management

Let artist, directors, and creative people be the creative decision makers on what is beautiful or funny.
