- First and foremost there is a really human care feeling in Imaginary Cloud, besides having a good environment there is always a care in well being of the people working here, if we need anything there is no questions asked and we are encourage to take some time and resume work when we can, this automatically leaves people with a big sense of commitment. - Financially there is a honest salary policy, for every level everyone knows the different levels in salary and all the salary is gross salary, not having other parcels really helps a lot. - Remote first company, allows people to choose where do they want to work, if you want to work all days at home you can, there is no obligation in going to the office, on the other hand, if you prefer the office environment, they are open and you can join anytime. - Comfort budget: a policy created to that people can buy something that helps them work better at home. - Good assessment reviews: we have monthly one on ones with the People dpt, and assessment reviews every 6 months that allows us to understand in what point are we in our career progress.

Nothing to complain so far, company has been growing well and adapting without interfering too much on the people that are already working here.

The progression framework is a bit of a joke; Could have better benefits; The fact that they hire people first and find projects after: people stay in training until a project is found, this period can be several months.

People oriented company, in here I don't feel like just another guy or a number on an excel sheet, top management cares about the people and tries to improve continuously our work life. Remote first policy implemented, we can work from home whenever we want, and only go to the office if we want to. Awesome office tools, everybody works with a Mac which is very positive. Good career path defined.

Nothing to add so far, Imaginary Cloud provided the gap that I was looking for in past experiences.
