    Pros

Great culture, drama free atmosphere. Everyone's friendly and management is amazing. Fun field trips. Everybody pulls their own weight.

    Cons

compensation could be more competitive. High turnover partly due to seasonal workers. Lots of good coworkers left because other places paid more.

    Advice to Management

Invest in the teachers. Good ones make a huge impact on the lives of the kids. Reward good work. More feedback from manager's to employers as to how the teachers can improve.

I'm only an intern so I don't know all the ins and outs of this company but so far it's just been a positive place
