    except the company allowances , there is nothing much

    Cons

    1) There are ppl with 18+ years experience, Who dose not allow to new employees to work. lot of politics and racism between new joiners and old employees. for started its not a good company, those who can play politics with out work imagination is the best place

    Employee benefits are good
    Good work culture
    Salaries are also good

    Cons

    No clear future scope . Lots of acquiring due to which losses and hence merciless layoffs made the company very bad in my view.

    Advice to Management

    Donot acquire a company if not clear of what to do with it.

    Pockets of great innovation. If you can get in the right team they use the latest technologies

    Cons

    Lack of product management or business direction. Best thing about the IT department is their incompetence which allows engineers to make things happen in the shadows

    Slash and burn. The share price should rise, what more do you want?
