Pros
ImagineX is a company built by incredible people who actually care about their employees. Leadership is fair, gives everyone a voice, and is consistently asking for feedback on how to improve. The best part about working for IX is the “no A-hole” rule. We are all a very humble group that supports each other and works hard toward a common goal. We help each other be better in more ways than one, and when someone makes a mistake, they don’t get thrown under the bus. I love ImagineX and couldn’t picture myself anywhere else.
Cons
IX moves quickly and sometimes things get lost in the shuffle. As we continue to expand, I’m hoping we don’t go back to some of the smaller company/start up bad habits we’ve grown past. I’d like to see leadership (especially the CEO) continue to follow the processes and best practices we’ve built to make IX “be better.”

Pros
Provide flexible hours and value employees time off. A special thing I like is they have Summer Friday Half-day off if you request. That means you work extra 1-hour long Mon - Thu and then get half-day off on Friday during the summer (June - Aug) so that you can plan your holiday or vacation with your family. Management is transparent and values employee feedback. The ImagineX is a small and startup-like company. They values the thoughts and ideas from their employees a lot. Actually, I am currently working on an interesting project to launch some cool products and services on the market. This project is based on my ideas and suggestions. So, there are a lot of room for people to shine and grow, I believe.
Cons
Relatively it is running slow comparison with other IT consulting companies. If you expect you can grow your career rapidly. It may be not a good one for you.
