    Pros

Fun co-workers. They follow rules for sterilization. Office is cleanand organized. Opportunity for overtime. Pay is good. .

    Cons

Too fast paced. Burns people out too fast. Too much turn around. Should stop accepting managed care.

    Advice to Management

Close office for break. Stop taking managed care. Those people are narcissistic, ungrateful free loaders anyway. You'd be more profitable to give quality care to quality people.

    Pros

A three day work week is probably one of the biggest draws for newbies at Immediadent. 12 hour days can turn into 14 hour days though, all depending.

    Cons

No regulation or cap on how long they can make you stay at night.
