I respect the leadership team for establishing a close knit family culture within the office. It's been a great experience learning from the President, senior leaders and seasoned staff.

I haven't experienced any Cons for the company. I think considering the current Covid-19 situation, the company has adjusted and adapted well to the ever changing guidelines in order to stay open and protect its employees.

On-boarding process is micro-managed and tedious. Then no direction given on day-to-day work.
