I have been working at Impact Radius full-time

    Pros

    - leading technology
    - growing company
    - good people

Impact Radius is a rapidly growing company, servicing a global market with insightful technology. Everyone is doing their best to manage and maximize this growth, and everyone feels overextended and stressed at times. The important thing to remember is that management understands and cares about this situation. They provide flexible terms and are unique by having a human resources/personality expert on call to help employees to navigate workloads, personalities, and solve people problems. This is a company that cares, so if you're willing to ask and/or work for what you want, they will listen - and help.

    Cons

Inevitable growing pains arise, but they are manageable

I worked at Impact Radius full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Let me start by saying that I was the only sales contributor in the SF Bay area, and other recent reviews on glass door are seeming to maliciously misrepresent the company. Impact Radius has a great reputation, happy clientele, great benefits, talented team and great culture. Senior staff is very engaged and demands a customer first approach to sales conversations. Tijs (CRO) lead with great transparency and realistic expectations.

    Cons

With all of the advancements that the company is making, process changes internally are sometime slow to circulate between teams, but i find this common amonst most companies growing at this rate.

    Advice to Management

It was great to have the attention from the senior team on strategic company initiatives, as well as the frequent sales and company update meetings.

    Pros

-Amazing product, the most important part of a sales role is being confident in what you're selling and Forensiq's fraud protection along with Impact Radius's partner manager are nothing short of the industries' best.

-Uncapped potential, whether you're looking to be a top notch sales executive or explore roles in account management and engineering, Impact Radius is a rapidly growing company with new opportunities opening up everyday. Perfect for someone just starting out in their career and is not quite sure what they want to do in the long run.

    - Relaxing atmosphere, nothing is worse than trying to succeed in a stressful environment and my experience at other employers is a testament to that. While any job role will inevitably have stressors, Impact Radius has been able to create a company culture of calm cool vibes that allow you to focus on surpassing your goal as oppose to worrying about the little stuff.

-Open communication, the management at Impact Radius is very accessible to all levels of employees (from entry to senior). This makes everyone feel like they're working towards a mutual goal which is an amazing feeling to have a tech company that spans 4 different continents.

    Cons

    - Sometimes the catered lunches on Friday are little too exotic for my tastes but hey -- free lunch is free lunch ;)

    Advice to Management

    - Keep on hiring aggressively especially in the New York metro area, a lot of untapped potential in this region.

I worked at Impact Radius full-time

    Pros

Downtown office location, fun company events, Friday catered lunches

    Cons

Leadership lacks accountability and often does not show up for important discussions. They then second guess decisions made in their absence. There is a lack of respect for process, logic, data and dependencies. Management quick to override those with expertise with their “know it all” attitudes creating unrealistic expectations guaranteed to fail. The OKR process is a joke, no one buys into the goals in advance and then they are debated during the quarter so the quarterly plan is always unclear.

    Advice to Management

Seriously, take some management training courses, invest in professional coaches and take a good look at your role in the culture. It starts at the top. Keep the focus on the goals and quit telling people how to do their job unless you are willing to be accountable for the results yourself. “The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men to do what he wants done, and self-restraint enough to keep from meddling with them while they do it.” —Theodore Roosevelt
