    Don't micro manage. lots of freedom

    Not a lot of support from main office.

    Owner doesn't manage on a day to day level anymore. Management in place is not good.

    I worked at Impact Technology full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Small company, nice people. Summer hours are nice. Fantasy football is fun.

    Cons

    No structure, not sure about your future. No raises when you have taken on more responsibility.

    Advice to Management

    The amount of work some individuals put in day in day out needs to be recognized. Raises need to be given when deserved.
