    Pros

High-level research, great networking opportunities/professional contacts, friendly, helpful. Wages one of the highest for academic posts in London (linked to spine-points on a ladder, within pay bands). free £124 childcare voucher. Great flexibility with working hours or working from home.

    Cons

Wish they would have given the full £256 childcare voucher, and more opportunities to get bonuses. Pay-scale linked to ladder of spine-points so not much movement to go up. Slow and bureaucratic administrative/HR processes (lots of form filling and waiting for paperwork to go through)
