    Pros

Home office. Company car. Ability to travel. Available to upgrade to first-class if flight was over 3 hours.

    Cons

No room for advancement. Little direction from management, No bonus opportunities,

    Advice to Management

Have more input. Provide more direction. Don't keep leaving employees feeling as though they are on an "Island". This especially includes the US Division, where located on the West Coast, my nearest co-worker and manager were in Florida.

    Pros

Travel opportunities, expense account, company car, autonomy.

    Cons

Lack of training, no room for advancement unless you want to relocate to Canada, Unclear objectives, no way to gauge your success or failures. Only 4 US employees, and that included that National Accounts Manager, all 3 were located in Florida, while I was based in AZ. Often feels like your on an island by yourself.

    Advice to Management

More upper management support, Make this an opportunity for a career, not just a job and a paycheck.

    Pros

ITCAN have good development opportunities available to employees. Office has on site dr and gymnasium available to use and subsidised cafeteria.

    Cons

In large organisations, politics are common issues. ITCAN is no different. There are some senior managers in leadership positions who display very poor leadership traits and behaviours. Some of these people should not be leaders.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to listen, build trust and get to know the people who work with you and for you.
