I have been working at Implant Direct full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Really pro-active on training opportunities. Given many options for growth.

    Cons

    Salary increases/bonus'. Not much offered.

    Advice to Management

Give bonuses to all employees not just management.

I worked at Implant Direct full-time

    Pros

Representative product line. Not better, but certinly not inferior and typically well accepted offerings.
Excellent inside sales support, and some fantastic counterparts.

    Cons

No formal training. No directed training. No suggested training- including administrative or products.
    Cumbersome technology and insufficient support.
Huge travel obligation/large geography consumes inordinate amount of time.
Confrontational, and reckless Management created tension and high turn-over.

    Advice to Management

Insist upon professionalism in your ranks- dress properly...shave...think about what you say in front of people...don't gossip...support and direct...figure out why so many people are coming/going. Hold Managers accountable for their people, their actions and add some refinement to your teams.
    FORMALIZE training!

I have been working at Implant Direct full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Every company has growing pains. Implant Direct is improving daily. The leadership shows a strong plan for growth while nurturing a healthy and happy culture. Team members genuinely want to help their teammates. It's a positive place to work. The product line is solid.

    Cons

There were some back-order setbacks, but it's improving. Some negativity from other employees regarding the issues is a bigger problem than the back-orders themselves.

    Advice to Management

Continue showing that you care for each individual's success.

    Pros

None and getting worse. I use to have good things to say, but not anymore.

    Cons

This company is horrible. Aside from a few good work colleagues, the entire sales management team has no clue what they are doing. This list is too long to share.

    Advice to Management

This company is becoming a churn and burn revolving door for it's employees. Stop the madness.

Horrible management; even with recent acquisition by Danaher Corp. - the damage is widespread. Save yourself time and frustration; apply elsewhere. No upward mobility.
