    Pros

    -Great pay
-Flexible on days I was able to work
    -Awesome customer service
    -Cleanliness was awesome.
    -Free meal during shift.

    Cons

    -Management team could use classes.
    -Coworkers with bad attitudes
-Micromanaged everything we said. For example, once I got called out by a manager for telling a customer "have a good one" instead of "have a good day"
    -Never off on time.

    Advice to Management

I would take a better look at the people you hire as managers. I feel like making sure your employee's are happy is a very important quality in behind the scenes. If no one wants to be there, it will be clear to the customers.

I have been working at In-N-Out Burger part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They offer great benefits and they offer reasonable promotions. You learn to work in a fast paced environment which is a good skill to add to resumes.

    Cons

Working in a face paced environment sometimes can be overwhelming. Personally, I wasn't trained properly and so that ran me into problems such as: I was assigned a task I wasn't trained to do but was expected to know how to do, asked for assistance to properly do the job, and instead of getting help, they would reassign the task to someone else. Mind you this particular situation would happen when it wasn't busy and happened more than once.

    Advice to Management

Ensure people are being properly trained

    Pros

Good pay and opportunities for growth.

    Cons

Unprofessional, not for college students, locks u in because pay is good.

    Advice to Management

Don't hire immature people, it hinders associate's ability to want to be better at their job or even want to stay.

I worked at In-N-Out Burger part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay would have to be the only thing that made me stay an associate. Meeting a lot of people that were coworkers and customers. They hold many events and competitions throughout the year that let you mingle with associates from other stores. There are about 7 levels the last is management, moving up positions should be easy if you are willing to work hard and always ask managers what is required to move up in each level.

    Cons

Breaks with 6 hr shifts were only 10 min. or with 8 hr shifts 30 min. You only get one meal for free while working, no discounts. If you are looking for a slow paced, lenient, sloppy kind of work environment then this job is not for you.
