I worked at In-N-Out Burger part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very competitive pay and ability to move up. Career options with management. Easy to switch shifts with same level employees.

    Cons

Being a fast food restaurant, you can't determine the level of business so there will be shifts where you will not be off on your scheduled time. You also cannot have visible tattoos, nail polish, unnatural hair color, or body piercings.

I have been working at In-N-Out Burger (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, good pay for burger flipping, fun fast-paced environment. Great opportunity for growth and moving up the ladder. Learned strong work ethic here which set me up for my future career

    Cons

It's HARD work. You smell, ALL THE TIME. The hours can be erratic so don't expect to have a consistent sleep schedule. You work with kids so expect some work drama, naturally.

    Advice to Management

    Stay humble

I worked at In-N-Out Burger part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

On a company-wide level, they care about their employees. They want employees to be safe and happy so that they will be willing to do better work.

I worked at In-N-Out Burger part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very accommodating, especially for college students. My shift was roughly 2am-10am, so it was probably quite a different experience than most INO employees. They were incredibly understanding with my having classes after each shift. Management was great and the environment there was overall pretty positive.

    Cons

Some pressure to be overly social with other employees (hence why I preferred working through the middle of the night)

    Advice to Management

Some of the best management I've experienced in my professional life. Keep up the good work.
