Pros

Some of the best product out there in their marketplace. Best user experience - period. The new sales leadership team is outstanding. The VP of Sales is extremely approachable, understanding and empathetic, all the while driving the team to 3 record years in a row.

Cons

No company is perfect, just as no employee is. So yeah, there are some areas that can be a little challenging, but in the grand scheme of things, nothing significant enough to report.

I have recently joined the team here at In-Situ, so I am writing a review with the perspective of a new employee. I noted immediately upon walking in the building that there was a very noticeable positive vibe. The team here seem to be working hard towards being a coordinated unit intent in breaking down silos between departments. There are many motivated individuals here who work hard and want to win. It is looking very optimistic! I have already witnessed a couple of internal promotions to new positions. I find that extremely positive and encouraging

The leadership drives an environment where employees that show they can make good decisions on a regular basis and get results will be given opportunities to grow. There is a drive to continue to improve the current product offerings and continue to introduce new products. There are outstanding employees at all levels throughout the organization that have a drive to win.

There are some good people who work there but not most engineers and managers.

I observed racism against whites and sexism against males. Product often doesn't meet the quality standards claimed by the company.

Pros

The building itself is beautiful. Strong brand in water level products. The "working level" employees conscientiously trying to take care of the customer.

Cons

Total lack of direction. Challenged to grow organically and acquisitions have all bombed. High turnover in some departments and no promotions seen from within. Childish finger pointing culture and one where leadership's "buddy" gets preference over performance.
