you can get away with murder as long as it looks like your working.
Very relaxed policy regarding getting time off. All you have to do is ask.
coworkers who are your peers make this job bearable.

    Cons

No room for advancement unless you suck up to the owners.
Random and backdated policy changes mean you lose out on vacation time owed to you.
No positive feedback. The only feedback that you receive is when you have screwed up.

    Advice to Management

Consider appreciating your employees. A sincere thank you would go a long way. Instead of bringing on new employees, you should consider appropriately paying the employees you already have.

    Pros

You will learn how to work in pressure.

    Cons

You will get calls anytime in the night. As it is banking domain, processing of the files takes place in the night and if any error pops up... You will get a call to fix that in the night itself. If your team members are helpful then you will survive otherwise you will be struggling big time.
    You need be available 24*7.

    Advice to Management

First care for your employees... then run your so-called back office kind of firm.

    Pros

Good brand name, industry acceptance of TPI as trausted source of information on IT industry. Abilty to develop senior contacts.

    Cons

Pathetic management, they say something, do something else. Unprofessional by nature. Just end up being a back office shop for large client engagements.

    Advice to Management

Need a change in leadership. Need clarity on what India is supposed to do other than provide cheap labour for international deals.
