    Pros

InBody has a start-up feel with a core of talented individuals. The environment is young at heart and continues to build by giving an opportunity to young talented individuals. There are big changes every few months to keep things challenging and moving in the right direction. A lot of hands on training and attention to each individual to ensure growth and success.

    Cons

The flip side of the unique working environment, the company culture is not for everyone. Some will successful and find the culture a great match, while others will leave soon after employment.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up!

    I worked at InBody full-time

    Pros

An internationally recognized company, with a start-up feel in the U.S. Branch. This company encourages a learning environment where on a daily basis employees are encouraged to learn from managers, colleagues, and external sources. This learning work environment resulted in more informed and happy employees. From the bottom up, every single person is dedicated to the company and to the product. Working for a company that inspires you daily, with employees who believe in the product, and a learning work environment yields an ideal work environment to learn and grow. Would recommend this company to anyone who enjoyed learning and being challenged to do your very best.

    Cons

There is definitely a learning curve for those who do not have an educational background in kinesiology and body composition, requiring after hour studying to really understand the material.

    Advice to Management

My advice would simply be to continue inspiring your employees

    Pros

Casual working environment, very nice people all around, virtually no politics,
They are very open to suggestions,
I saw too many wonderful people get thrown around

    Cons

Changes are often not thought through and are going to be reverted after a while
The higher you get, the more important is politics and acting
