I have been working at InGenesis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You get more PTO days than most employers offer your first year.

    Cons

There is a lack of communication between the facility and InGenesis. Many employees take advantage of this. Benefits are terrible.

I worked at InGenesis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

-big break room -often free lunch

    Cons

-terrible and expensive benefits -horrible management -minimal pto -lack of communication -

    Advice to Management

Hire real managers and upper management people. Half of the managers there dont even know what there doing. Also treat people with respect. Not cool to let people go because in your eyes you didn't do well.

I have been working at InGenesis

    Pros

    If you’re blissfully ignorant, everything.

    Cons

Disorganized, poor management, poor protocol for hiring contractors, difficult hiring process, severe lack of communication between recruiters and contracted employees, too low of pay for the benefits, and location

    Advice to Management

Put an office in each place you’re hiring. Don’t take Thousands of dollars out of your contracted workers salaries, learn more about the facilities that you’re placing workers into, make sure your recruiters actually keep their files organized and know which employee they’re dealing with. An entire overhaul of your system might be in order, starting with upper management.

I worked at InGenesis for less than a year

    Pros

Nice to not have employer onsite. Good pay. Hiring and credentialing staff was pretty great. Sounded good in the beginning...

    Cons

No job stability. Super expensive benefits. Lack of employee support, very hands-off after hiring. NO job site presence. Lack of communication with job sites. Long credentialing process.
