I worked at Incase (California) full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun, vibrant, ans casual work environment, incredibly smart coworkers and I loved going to work every day.

    Cons

I worked in the SF office, which closed down in 2014(?), but I think they should've branched out more with their product and explored additional markets/clients, and new opportunities.

I worked at Incase (California) (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working at Incase was great. An amazing group of people worked there. Every department at Incase was staffed with people who cared about their craft. The office was at a convenient location in downtown San Francisco. Good coffee.

    Cons

CEO at the time made some poor choices. Incase lost market share. Layoffs.

    Pros

Good Atmosphere, Hard working and smart collegues, great company culture

    Cons

Since being bought out, there has been high turnover, but there is also quite a bit of hiring.

    Pros

The company culture is design centric and non-corporate. Company is growing, and there are many opportunities to take initiative and see the results of your work directly.

    Cons

Company is still relatively small, so there are growing pains in managing the growth

    Advice to Management

Work hard to maintain the current company culture that is steeped in the worlds of art and design as the company grows
